4. Do you deliver Pan-India?
Yes. We deliver to over 28,000 pin codes across India through reputed courier partners.

5. What are the estimated delivery timelines?

  • Transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (depending on delivery location)
    Please note that delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, courier network issues, or public holidays.
    In such cases, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.

6. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and promotional offers.
Free shipping offers may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

7. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can also track the shipment through our website using your order ID.
Ekanga is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner, but our support team will help coordinate any follow-up required.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets options.
All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways.

9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on most orders.
However, please note:

  • Repeated order rejections may lead to temporary suspension of COD facility for that customer.

  • The courier partner may call before delivery; please ensure your number is reachable.

10. What happens if my payment fails?
In the event of a failed transaction, any amount deducted will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 7–10 working days by your bank or payment provider.

11. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be altered.
