🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We take utmost care to ensure that every Ekanga product reaches you safely, in perfect condition, and on time. Each item is quality-checked, securely packed, and shipped through trusted courier partners.
However, as our products are spiritual, gifting, and collectible items, returns are limited to specific circumstances as described below.

1. No-Return Policy (General Rule)

All products once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect/unboxing,

  • The outer packaging with the shipping label visible,

  • Your order ID and registered mobile number.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A free replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • A full/partial refund to your original payment method if replacement is not possible.

⚠️ Claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement.

3. Return Requests for Other Reasons

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet personal expectations.
While we don’t offer open returns, you may request a return evaluation within 2 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

Such requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return acceptance is at Ekanga’s sole discretion, depending on the product category, location, and condition.

  • If approved, a return pickup fee (nominal logistics charge) will apply and be communicated to you in advance before collection.

  • The refund amount (if approved) will be processed only after inspection at our facility.

4. Return Pickup & Refund Timelines

  • Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 1–2 working days (subject to courier serviceability).

  • After receiving the product at our warehouse and successful inspection, your refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for purchase.

5. Legal Disclaimer & Abuse Prevention

  • Ekanga reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if the returned product is found used, tampered, or not in original condition.

  • Claims involving intentional damage, misuse, or unboxing after extended delay may not be entertained.

  • Repeated or high-value return requests may lead to temporary suspension of return eligibility for that customer.

  • Ekanga’s decision in all return and replacement matters will be final and binding.
